You must create a login account that will be used to submit an online application, complete an unfinished application, or check the status of a submitted application. You must write down the login information that you create. We will not be able to retrieve your account information.

When you have marked your application complete you will be presented with a link to print out a signature page. The signature page must be completed and mailed to us in order for your application to be processed (Graduate School only).

Returning Users: Enter your login information below. Please note that your Login ID is case sensitive. Do not create multiple applications, as this will delay the processing of your application. If there are changes to your application after you submit it, email the changes to:

     You must include your full name and date of birth when making inquiries about your application.

Three unsuccessful attempts to log in will lock your account. You must email us to unlock your account.
